Immersion Sensor

The Sensor Scientific Immersion Sensor enables accurate temperature measurement in ducts, pipes and tanks from remote locations. This sensor can be utilized in mechanical equipment rooms. The assembly consists of 304 stainless steel tube housing, brass fitting and NTC thermistor. The stainless steel tube has 0.25” O.D. and lengths of 4”,8”,12” or 18”. Brass or stainless steel thermowell (optional) can be used to shield the stainless tube. Operating temperature range is from - 10°C to + 110°C ( +10°F to +230°F). Immersion Sensor is also available in an RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) form with resistance values of 100, 500, 1,000 & 2,000 Ohms at 0°C.

Ordering Information
Thermistor: Select the appropriate type of thermistor to suit your instrumentation.
Housing: Select the appropriate length of stainless steel tube.
For example: 10K Ohm, 0.2°C accuracy /8" long tube -Model No. HVIM-WM103C/8
